Appointments and impediments

Online appointments may be rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start. For later cancellation or non-attendance, statutory rules apply; no flat-rate missed-appointment fee or contractual penalty is agreed.

If acute illness, a technical failure, force majeure or a comparable event temporarily prevents either party from performing, that party must notify the other without delay. An appropriate replacement appointment is the priority; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Statutory repayment rights remain unaffected. Any repayment due is made without undue delay through the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
