Withdraw from a contract

Enter your details, review them in the second step and confirm the withdrawal. You will then receive an immediate email receipt containing your declaration and its server-recorded date and time.

No customer account, sign-in or reason is required.

Period and effect

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. Sending the declaration through this function before the period expires is sufficient.

If you expressly requested performance before the period ended, proportionate compensation may be due for service already provided. The right can expire after complete performance only where the statutory requirements are met.
