Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right, inform the provider by a clear statement — through the online function, by email or by letter. Sending the statement before the period expires is sufficient.

Electronic withdrawal function

The continuously available function under section 356a BGB asks for the customer’s name, contract-identification details and an email address for the receipt confirmation. A review step precedes the “Confirm withdrawal” button.

Immediately after submission, the service sends a durable-medium email confirmation with the statement and date and time of receipt. A statement submitted through this function before the deadline is received in time.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, all payments received will be repaid without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice is received. The same payment method will be used unless expressly agreed otherwise, and no repayment fee will be charged.

If performance starts early at your request

Without an express declaration at the order step, performance starts only after the withdrawal period. If you requested an early start and then withdraw, reasonable proportionate compensation is due for service already provided.

For a service, the withdrawal right can expire early only if the customer expressly agreed to the early start, acknowledged the loss of the right on complete performance, and the provider subsequently completed the service.

Booking or payment alone does not cause the withdrawal right to expire.

Digital content

The website currently sells no digital content such as ebooks, video courses or downloads. Special rules for digital content therefore do not apply.

Withdrawal and cancellation are different. Monthly ongoing services can also be ended through the statutory cancellation function under section 312k BGB.
