Contract and receipt archive
How operational contract records are archived with narrowly scoped Google Drive access.
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Purpose and scope
In live operation, the separate contract and automation service archives contract and billing records automatically in a personal Google account of the operator used for this business purpose (not a Google Workspace account). Customers do not connect a Google account of their own. The archive supports contractual and statutory record-keeping duties; it is not used for analytics or marketing. No conclusive statement is made here about Google’s data-protection role; see the privacy information.
Technical separation
The marketing website cannot browse Google Drive. Only the contract service uses its configured credentials and only for the designated archive structure. Website visitors do not receive Drive access. App, API and PocketBase remain separate and unchanged.
Archived records
- contract confirmations
- invoices, payment receipts and credit notes
- withdrawal confirmations
- cancellation confirmations
Retention and access
Only the Google access scope `drive.file` is used: the service can manage only files and folders it created itself or that were explicitly used with it; other files in the Drive account are not searched or listed. Health, training and coaching content is not included, and file and folder names contain technical references rather than customer names.
The operator can revoke the Google permission. Records already archived are not deleted automatically as a result; they are kept and later deleted according to the applicable periods.
Data-subject rights
