Final price. No VAT is charged under section 19 of the German VAT Act.

No delivery or shipping costs. No other costs apply unless expressly agreed in advance.
Pricing
The price is the same for everyone. It is not personalised by automated decision-making.
Billing
Monthly, €239.00 per month, payable in advance for each month.
Duration and renewal
The subscription continues month to month until cancelled. There is no multi-month minimum term.
Minimum commitment
No minimum term or minimum commitment.
Cancellation
Ordinary cancellation is possible at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid for that period are not refunded pro rata; the service remains available until its end.
Cancel a contract
Start of service
Without an explicit early-start request, service starts after the 14-day withdrawal period. Stripe’s billing period begins at purchase; service beginning later is shifted or credited proportionately.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. See the withdrawal policy or use Withdraw from a contract.

Appointments and impediments

Online appointments may be rescheduled without charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start. For later cancellation or non-attendance, statutory rules apply; no flat-rate missed-appointment fee or contractual penalty is agreed.

If acute illness, a technical failure, force majeure or a comparable event temporarily prevents either party from performing, that party must notify the other without delay. An appropriate replacement appointment is the priority; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Refunds

Statutory repayment rights remain unaffected. Any repayment due is made without undue delay through the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.

If you withdraw after performance has begun, proportionate compensation may be due for service already provided.
